Program Developer & Facilitator

Usman Khan, MPH, MACP, RP

Usman Khan is a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive clinical background in Ontario primary care settings, specializing in culturally responsive care, men's mental health, and community health program development.

Initially developed to support Muslim men while remaining adaptable for culturally diverse communities, this curriculum bridges evidence-informed psychological concepts with practical stress management. Facilitator licensing options are currently under active development for future organizational deployment.
